Jennifer S. Kay
Managing Partner
Jennifer joined The Stevenson Group in 1998, and since then has
been responsible for identifying and recruiting key executives across
industries including Pharmaceutical, Biotech, High Technology and
Consulting firms. Additionally, Jennifer manages Pharmaceutical and
Technology Practice Operations inclusive of resources, research
and recruitment staff.
Over the past 9 years with The Stevenson Group, Jennifer has
successfully recruited executives across a variety of functions
(General Management, Business Development, M&A
and Licensing, Finance, Clinical Development,
Scientific & Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations,
Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Sales &
Marketing, and Information Systems, and
Human Resources Executives) for Fortune
500, Early Stage and Public companies both
domestically and in Europe.
Prior to joining The Stevenson Group, Jennifer spent several years with American Express in both Marketing and Organization Development roles. She holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Michigan. Jennifer is a member of the Healthcare Business Women's Association. She resides in South Orange, New Jersey with her husband Stephen and their sons, Jonathan and Andrew.
