Jennifer Kay Named Senior Vice President & Managing Principal; Cecelia Bistrim To Vice President

Stephen M. Steinman, president and C.E.O. of The Stevenson Group and founder of the firm known widely for the quality of its executive talent research and its two-year placement guarantee, announced the promotion of vice president and principal Jennifer Kay of South Orange, N.J., to senior vice president and managing principal. He also announced the promotion of senior consultant Cecelia Bistrim of Oradell, N.J., to vice president of the firm.

Jennifer Kay joined The Stevenson Group in 1998 after spending several years in both marketing and organization development roles at American Express. She holds an M.B.A. with emphasis in marketing and information systems from the Stern School of Business at N.Y.U. and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. She recruits executives for pharmaceutical, biotech, high-tech, and consulting firms.
Cecelia Bistrim joined The Stevenson Group in early 2000 after nearly a five-year stint directing all research programs for the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan office and working directly for the president of Boyden, Inc., a large international executive search firm. She previously spent nine years with a regional management consulting firm in which she focused on European clientele, identifying top management for the U.S. subsidiaries of European companies. She holds a bachelor's degree from Brooklyn College.
