We continually seek opportunities for improvement, because the high quality knowledge database we are building today will drive faster execution and better business results in the future.
As crucial members of every project team, Researchers are involved throughout the entire search process in various capacities, from supporting business development opportunities to leading search execution to closing assignments. They need an ownership mentality and strong project management skills to ensure that project teams are meeting specific client needs. Because Researchers work on multiple client engagements simultaneously, they have the opportunity to gain insight into the leadership strategies and business challenges faced by top Life Sciences firms. Ideal candidates for the Research role have strong business acumen, astute interpersonal judgement, and excellent communication skills.
TSG is dedicated to growing, mentoring, and promoting from within. We see two internal paths for Researchers at TSG:
This path allows individuals to continue their passion for research. Promotion opportunities include Senior Research Associate, Director of Research, and Director of Knowledge Management.
This path allows individuals to become more hands-on in the candidate recruitment and management process.
We’re always eager to hear from qualified candidates.
