Candidate Data: This refers to information Candidates provide to us: This may include personal information (e.g., a resume emailed to our team, interview by The Stevenson Group search consultant, or communications with us in any way in connection with the executive search, pipelining or mapping business).
The information we may collect for all Candidates typically includes:
Client Data: In the course of consulting with clients, individual information may be shared such as name, bio, organization structure, etc. We generally are provided contact details or the details of individual contact(s) at Client organizations (such as name, telephone number, email address, and job title) to ensure that our relationship runs and projects are collaborative with high degree of transparency and ongoing project communication.
Source/Referral Data: During the course of our search process, we may process your contact details (such as name, email address, and telephone number). We may also process certain professional details (such as your job title, occupation, academic and professional qualifications, and employment history) and your connection to the Candidate (such as your relationships to, experience with, and opinions about the relevant Candidate). We generally ask the Candidates to provide us with much of this information but we may supplement it with information we collect about you from publicly available sources (such as LinkedIn) or by asking you directly.

In order for us to provide you with Retained Executive Search Search services we need to collect personal data to provide candidates with career opportunities and provide clients access to attract, retain and develop top talent to their organizations. In any event, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.
Will The Stevenson Group share my personal data with anyone else?
We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to The Stevenson Group in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfill services (e.g. background checks). When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with The Stevenson Group’s procedures.
