Nicholas Wiseman

Nick came on board in 2021 to strengthen Stevenson’s expertise in early-stage biotech and Venture Capital executive search. With over a decade of Life Sciences experience spanning two continents, he specializes in appointing first-class leadership across both R&D and Business functions. A true partner, Nick works with client boards and investors to advise on organizational design, compensation benchmarking, and talent retention.

Before Stevenson, Nick built and led Real Life Sciences’ Executive Search Practice in New York City — successfully attracting top talent to support their growth. He began his career, however, in the UK at a boutique search group. Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Leeds Beckett University.

A man of many talents, Nick spends his free time building computers and following his British football club. He particularly enjoys spending time with his two favorite adventure buddies — his wife and their dog.
